In 7 seasons at Northern Essex Community College (NECC) as the team hitting coach
NECC won four MCCAC State Championships
One NJCAA Region 21 Championship and an appearance in the NJCAA Junior College World Series
In the 2004 season, Coach McDonald introduced rotational hitting at NECC and the team posted a .413 batting average and was number one in the country in that category
In the 2007 season NECC was ranked third in the country in team batting average posting a .392 BA
In the 2008 season NECC was ranked third in the country in team batting average posting a .376 BA. 
After the 2008 season Coach McDonald moved to Bunker Hill Community College and took the job as assistant coach and serves as the hitting coach and third-base coach.

In his first season at Bunker Hill Community College:
The starting nine players posted a staggering .412 team batting average
BHCC was ranked number two in the country in team batting average posting a team batting average of .382
BHCC averaged 9.75 runs scored per game
BHCC's won it's first Massachusetts Community College Athletic Conference  (MCCAC) State Championship
The NJCAA 2010 Pre-Season Poll for Men's Division III Baseball ranks BHCC 7th in the nation

Rotational mechanics work!  I cannot say it more simply than that.  The players I coach at the college level excel at hitting by applying the rotational hitting principals that are promoted by Mike & Jake Epstein.

Coach Dan Sheehan is president of Douglas Youth Baseball & Softball in Douglas, Massachusetts.  Coach Dan has coached at all youth levels from T-Ball to Senior Little League, including Cal Ripken Minor and Major, Junior Little League, Senior Little League and has been a coach of several All-Star teams at those levels.  Coach Dan has served on the board of directors for Douglas Baseball & Softball for 5 years and has been a South Central Massachusetts Youth Basketball League (SCMYBL) travel team coach since 2003 and is also a member of the SCMYBL Disciplinary Board.  Coach Dan is also a Certified Coach by the Babe Ruth League Ripken Baseball Coaching Certification Program.

Raymond McDonald played college baseball at Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida.  He is currently enjoying his 10th season coaching in Region XXI of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

      - 2009 won Paula Martin Memorial award for Hard work and dedication on the field,

      - 2011 made TCCC all conference

Coach Matt Maguire
- Attended Triton High School
- Attended Northern Essesx Community College
      - Threw 2 no-hitters at NECC,
      - Was Team Captain in 2005
      - Was second Team All-American and  NJCAA 1st Team All-Region for Region 21
      - Won the 2005 MCCAC State Championship
-  Attended Fitchburg State University
      - While attending FSU for his Junior and Senior years was second all time in strikeouts
      - Was 8-0 his Senior year and set a school record for most wins in a season
      - Second Team All-Conference at FSU
-  Signed with the Tucson Toros to play Independent League Professional Baseball
      - Led the Arizona Winter League in Saves


Coach Maguire is now serving as the Pitching Coach at Bunker Hill Community College and a pitching instructor at The Hitting Connection for baseball players of all ages.  The program that Coach Maguire provides is based on the fundamentals of a five step program to improved mechanics and accuracy through the use of video-analysis and velocity improvement through the use of the 90MPH program from Paul Reddick.  Coach Maguire owns The Pitching Command based out of Salisbury, MA and his site is:

Coach Chris Reding
- Attended Medway High School and was recruited to play baseball at the college level
- Attended North Adams State and Framingham State where he played rugby

Coach Chris Reding is the owner of Central Mass Baseball/Softball Academy.  Chris is the head varsity softball coach at Northbridge High School in Northbridge MA. Previously Chris coached for three years at the Whitinsville Christian School in Whitinsville MA, where he was the head junior varsity coach for two years and the assistant head coach for one year.

As well as coaching high school softball Chris has been coaching travel softball for the past five years, competing in high level tournaments throughout the New England area. He also spent many years coaching town softball in the Blackstone Valley Girls Softball League for the town of Northbridge. Chris also sat on the board of directors for the Northbridge Youth Softball League for five years.  Chris is currently a certified NFHS and MIAA high school coach and plans and to become Epstein certified in hitting instruction in January.
